GLONATECH, the nanotechnology subsidiary company of ONEX and pioneer in the development of advanced materials in the field of cutting edge technological applications of nanotechnology, successfully participated to Nanotech 2015, the biggest International Nanotechnology Exhibition worldwide, which was held on 28-30th January 2015 in Tokyo, Japan.
Representing Greece at Nanotech 2015
GLONATECH was the only one company representing Greece which participated to this International Exhibition, for the second time, displaying a range of products made of advanced nanomaterials, which can be applied in industrial fields such as water treatment and management, filtration, electronics and batteries as well as surface nanotech coatings.
The company proposed innovative nanotech solutions and revolutionary applications, which will bring real change in water treatment methods and define the future in our planet’s water resources management, together with other applications that offer solutions of high reliability to real challenges that the Global Industry will face in the next years, which were of great interest to the visitors.

GLONATECH representatives exchanged know-how and consulting with industrial customers and representatives of international research centers of the global academic community concerning advanced materials and Material Science as well as Nanotechnology applications to come.
The company attracted the intense interest of the Japanese Industrial community with its products and applications, setting the beginning of future collaborations with leading Japanese companies and opening new horizons for the Greek pioneer Industry in the Far East.
Impressive Worldwide Participation at Nanotech 2015
More than 47,000 participants from Public Organizations, companies and University Laboratories from all over the world, either as representatives or visitors, attended Nanotech 2015, which hosted about 500 exhibitors representing more than 25 countries.
Nanotech is the largest annual Nanotechnology event worldwide, combining interesting Conferences and Exhibitions and attracting thousands of visitors every year in Japan.
